Our Work

Exceptional Solutions

At Leading Edge Conferences we strive to create the best solutions for your unique needs and visions.  Our team and partners will work with you to take your event ideas and turn them into reality.  Whether you're looking for something basic or extremely detailed, we have you covered.

Hosted in May/June/July of each year since 1966, the USPHS Scientific & Training Symposium draws 1200 attendees, most of whom are members of the uniformed Commissioned Corps of the U.S. Public Health Service (USPHS).  Others are health professionals from the surrounding region of wherever the conference is held.  The location of the USPHS Symposium rotates throughout the country each year.  The four-day conference includes pre-conference sessions, a formal dinner, plenary sessions, a 5K run/walk, dozens of scientific sessions, a poster competition, and an Exhibit Hall.  It also includes Category Day, the equivalent of 11 mini-conferences, with each agenda dedicated to the professional categories of the USPHS.  These professional categories include dentists, dietitians, engineers, environmental health, health services, medical (physicians), nurses, pharmacists, scientists, therapists, and veterinarians.

Leading Edge has been planning our annual conference for over a decade.  We appreciate Tim O'Neill and his team, all of whom are top notch professionals and make us feel like we are their only client.  Our USPHS Scientific & Training Symposium is a complicated conference, with four days of small and large sessions, meal functions, an offsite run/walk, an Exhibit Hall, and more.  Leading Edge is involved at every step of the process, from soliciting bids from convention and visitors bureaus to connecting sponsors and exhibitors from one year to the next conference.  We value Leading Edge and would highly recommend you speak with them about your event planning needs.
